Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion
Education and healthcare are universal, and building the best ideas worldwide into Derm for Primary Care is a point of pride. Diversity, equity, and inclusion are written into our core principles.
Derm for Primary Care does not discriminate based on race, ethnicity, gender identity, or sexual orientation. Our team is made up of the best educators, designers, engineers, and people that represent a variety of backgrounds, identities, and experiences, coming from more than four countries.
Our tools help train healthcare providers to provide inclusive and equitable care. We believe the education we create and deliver directly shapes patient outcomes. As a result, we emphasize our principles of diversity, equity, and inclusion in our educational content. We teach providers to identify, diagnose, and treat skin conditions effectively for all skin types.
Derm for Primary Care acknowledges that we would not be where we are today without our amazing community. We engage with small businesses and source many of our products and partnerships locally. We enjoy a special relationship with local Atlanta schools, our internship program hires and trains students from various STEM and non STEM programs who contribute meaningfully to our products and our culture.
