FAQ's
I'm supposed to be in a group. How do I join my group?
Your instructor or group admin is responsible for inviting you to a group.
They should have sent you an invitation email to your organization email address or provided you with a link for access.
Be sure to use the email address the invite was sent to when registering for an account.
This helps us ensure that you are added to the correct group and charged the correct fees.
Can I buy subscriptions for my organization?
Yes! Subscriptions are available for your school or organization at a discounted rate.
I have a subscription but I don't see any courses on my dashboard. How do I add courses to my dashboard?
Your dashboard is where you see your currently enrolled courses or courses that your school or organization has enrolled you in.
A course subscription gives you access to all the courses.
You may enroll in as many or as few courses at a time as you wish from the courses page.
Can I get a refund?
We do not offer refunds.
How do I change the video playback speed?
You can increase or decrease the video playback speed from within a video!
Click on the gear icon in the bottom right of the video and select the speed you would like.

Once cancelled you will retain access until the next billing cycle for that subscription.
Additionally, your progress will remain saved in case you decide to come back.
